Women love our gatherings in our 1875 historic bank building, and we’re hosting another one…A Vintage Wedding Tea in our 1875 historic bank building. Here's the details -
VINTAGE WEDDING CLOTHING - We'll feature AWESOME vintage wedding clothing provided by TrUe JuNk.
MENU - Your choice of tea options, delicious finger sandwiches, and wedding cake cupcakes with buttercream frosting and icing pearls.
ATTIRE - There is no attire required for this event, but please feel free to wear a dress you wore to a wedding, an old veil or hat, even a wedding dress if you have one, or a going away outfit! Or...please feel free to come in jeans, a tee, and a messy bun!
VINTAGE BRIDE & GROOM COLLECTION - You'll also enjoy the owner of the building, Shelly Thompson's, vintage bride and groom collection ranging from 1875 - 1950, and other unique vintage wedding items.
YOUR WEDDING PHOTOS - We would love it if you would bring one of your favorite wedding photos...your own...your parents...your child...and we'll put together a fabulous wedding photo collage to celebrate our Vintage Wedding Tea.
INTRODUCTION - We'll also be introducing the newest candle in our 5th Street Candle Collection, Wedding on 5th Street! Like our other candles it is pure soy, 100% American made, and hand poured by a local candlemaker. Our first 'Wedding on 5th Street' candle will go to the winner of our candle give-a-way drawing during our Wedding Tea!
TOUR - The Wedding Tea will conclude with a tour of our historic 1875 boarding rooms (there are several stairs to the top level). Guests in our 1875 historic bank building love our Boarding Rooms. It's one of the highlights of our gatherings.

This has been an exciting and educational study! Our online women's closed Bible Study group has grown to 95 women from several states joining us each week. We're currently meeting and learning lessons from our Biblical sisters. So far, we've met Eve in the garden, and Jochebed at the Nile. We're learning so much about the times these women lived in and how their stories influence our lives and give us direction. All of our closed Facebook group Bible Studies are recorded and you can access them anytime, or rewatch them if you want. We hope you'll join us!

Our 2023 Women's Retreat is SOLD OUT, but Allied Travel has opened two more seats, increasing the number of women in our small group to 27. But, once those seats are gone, a cancellation list will be started. If you would like to join us for our women's retreat, make sure you register. You will be notified when your registration is accepted.

These wonderful women of faith became close friends that still keep in touch. JOIN US November 9th - 12th for our second women’s retreat in Branson, Missouri. We’ll enjoy fellowship, devotions, prayer time, and great shopping at Branson Landing and historic downtown Branson; dining at amazing restaurants including Paula Deen Family Restaurant and Landry's Seafood and Steak; attending Queen Esther at the Sight & Sound Theater; The Texas Tenors Deep in the Heart of Christmas; visiting the Titanic Museum…and so much more!
