Below is a peek at some of the items in our shop! Don't forget we offer our own line of candles, The 5th Street Candle Collection pure soy candles in our shop. These candles are hand make by a local candle maker using only American made products. These special candles are created from our family recipes. You'll find the family recipe and a devotion on the simple brown tag hanging from the candle. Our customers come back often for our candles!

Named after my grandmother, Millie McKeever's Vintage and Home Decor, and The Notebook Cafe with 201 Coffee are located at 201 Antique City Drive, Walnut, Iowa. Guests love the warm welcoming atmosphere of the boutique style historical 1875 bank building. You’ll enter a unique corner bank entry, where you’ll be greeted with 16’ ceilings, 147-year-old original wood floors…and chandelier’s casting a soft hue to this beautiful building. We’re stocked with beautifully staged select vintage items paired with new home decor, giving you lots of inspiration and ideas for your own home. My passion is to offer guests a relaxing space that touches their heart, while inspiring creative ideas for their own home…just like our online magazine ‘For your Heart and Home’. The Gathering Room
It has been wonderful seeing women love The Gathering Room . Many have shared their stories with me...that means a lot. We've had the pleasure of hosting small professional women's groups, friends who find Walnut is a central meeting place between Des Moines and Omaha, groups of high school friends and coworkers, Birthday celebrations, and we've loved every minute of seeing the joy and hearing the laughter of the women who gather in our space.
If you're looking for a place to gather...we've got the perfect space. We would love to host your small group, or large group! There's no charge to use The Gathering Room (and we added on the Upstairs Boarding Room Kitchen for additional space), we just ask that you purchase your beverage through our little coffee shop in our lobby, 201 Coffee. You'll love our lattes, coffee, teas, and gourmet hot cocoa.
